An advertising executive since 1990, Retta founded Media Matters, Inc in 1997. Her career has led her through Carat, Deutsch, TBWA Chiat Day & BBDO.
She is the founder of Pencils For Kids Inc, a non-profit dedicated to serving children in developing countries receive an education.
Retta is a keen world traveler, she holds her M.A in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a B.S in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
